30 days before arrival you can cancel or change your booking free of charge.
You can cancel your stay without any reason.

If you cancel less than 30 days before arrival, the following cancellation rules apply:
29 to 14 days before arrival 30%,
13 to 7 days before arrival 50% and
and from 6 days and in case of no-show 90%
of the total stay will be charged.

Your deposit will be refunded or sent to you in the form of a voucher for another stay.

The reserved flat will be at your disposal from 14.00 on the day of arrival at the latest.
On the day of departure, the flat must be vacated by 10.00 hrs.
Your stay will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of € 200,00.

Accepted means of payment: cash or bank transfer.
